Entre os eleitores de Lula, 68% consideram seu governo ótimo ou bom e 27% o classificam como regular - Ricardo Stuckert/PR

The Ipec survey, released this Friday (9) by the newspaper O Globo, showed that 37% of Brazilians consider the government of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (Workers' Party) to be excellent or good. 32% classify the current government management as regular. Those who evaluate it as bad or terrible sum to 28%. 3% doesn't know or did not answer.

In relation to the previous survey, released on April 11, there was no significant change, considering that the margin of error is more or less two percentage points. At the time, Lula had 39% positive ratings and 26% negative ratings. The difference is greater in relation to the first poll of its kind, on March 19, when the president had 41% approval and 24% disapproval.

The survey also showed that the petista pleased a slice of the Bolsonarist electorate in the first five months of his term. Although 56% of Jair Bolsonaro's voters (Liberal Party) consider Lula's management bad or terrible, 8% classifies it as excellent or good and 33% as regular.

Among Lula's voters, 68% considers his government excellent or good and 27% classifies it as fair. Only 3% assesses the current PT istration as bad or terrible.

The survey also brought data on voters who voted null or blank in the second round of last year's elections. Among this group, 33% considers the current management bad or terrible, 43% classifies it as regular and only 17% as excellent or good.

In total, Ipec personally interviewed 2,000 people between the 1st and 5th of June. The survey has a 95% confidence interval.
